Narendra Modi LIVE: India has become the fourth nation in the world to be recognised as a space power, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced in a special address to the nation. The other three nations to have achieved the feat are United States, Russia and China.

““I want to tell the world that this new capability that we have acquired will not be used against anyone. This is purely for India’s security… In doing so, we have not violated any principle of international law,” Modi said.
